The Early Childhood Development [ECD] Evaluation project aims to create an integrated evaluation and reporting system for programs related to early childhood development in BC. The intent is to develop evaluations that can be used by a range of ECD programs, thus providing common tools and reducing duplication. The project is being led by a cross-sectoral group of BC funders and agencies with funding support from the Max Bell Foundation.
